The OM6 is a popular microphone that has full response well down into the bass region.
Ideal for singers with a lower register, and a smooth mid-range response that will help vocalists who sound shrill on other mics.
Rejection of unwanted sound from elsewhere is excellent, however, the vocalist doesn't have to stay right on top of the mic, there is a bit more freedom of movement available.
These characteristics also make it a great choice for brass instruments.
