VGA Over Cat5 Extender
VGA cable tends to start losing quality on longer cable runs - we find 40m is the sensible limit, even with good quality cable. For longer runs, using these boxes to convert onto CAT5 network cabling is a sensible option, delivering good picture quality up to 90m without problems.
Some venues have CAT 5 runs installed already, so it's possible to avoid running cable entirely. (Note however that it needs to be a direct run with no ethernet hubs or switches in between).
