We have lighting desks to suit any event, from simple six-channel mixers to computerised consoles with incredibly powerful control features. All our lighting controllers run on industry-standard DMX. To work out what sort of lighting desk you might need, you need to know how many channels of lighting you want to control. Each convention lamp on a dimmer usually needs one control channel. LED lights need at least three (for red, green, and blue) but some take more. Moving lights use multiple channels to control their various functions, our stock ranges from 8 to 16 channels. For some events it can be useful to build a cue stack, with each scene appearing in order. Some concerts are better served with multiple submasters for flexible, hands-on control.
