The Acclaim Fresnel is a general-purpose stage lantern. The adjustable beam angle range of 6 Deg to 60 Deg makes it a very flexible option for theatre, small studio, school hall and drama suites. You have much more control over the light than can be managed with conventional parcans.
The soft-edged Fresnel beam is a popular choice when lighting directors are aiming for a smooth wash over the stage. Multiple lamps can be overlapped seamlessly to give a perfectly even light with no shadows or dark patches.
